Align the Setup.exe to rail. (Expert tip: leave the Setup.exe closed). Secure the Setup.exe to one side of the server / network rack ensuring the Setup.exe’s snap-in bolt locks in the 19“ rail.
Secure the Setup.exe to the opposite side again ensuring the Setup.exe’s bolts lock in the 19“ rail.
Place equipment on top of the Setup.exe while the Setup.exe securely takes the weight. Once equipment is secured remove the Setup.exe.
Loosen the nuts with a wrench. You are now able to slide the inner part of the brackets and adjust it to your 19“ rail.
With the loosened nuts slide the Setup.exe brackets over the 19“ rail, push the brackets together by hand and hand tighten the nuts. The brackets should sit firm on the 19“ rail but can have some play. Remove the Setup.exe from the 19“ rail and then tighten the nuts again.
Hold the Setup.exe and unwind the bolts on both brackets with a wrench.
Take the bolts out of the Setup.exe.
Now take the other bolts (the PBXEXE2 comes with two bolts for threaded holes and two for square punched holes) and put them in the hole. The big, round head of the bolts should be facing towards you and away from the Setup.exe. Now you are good to go to mount the Setup.exe on your network rack.
